The 18 storey hotel is designed as a prism-shaped tower with a nine-story opening. The north facade is composed of a semitransparent aluminum-and-glass curtain wall, made by aluminum frames anchored on a steel structure. Glass panes have two layers of ceramic frits that create a moiré effect. The south facade is designed to be mostly opaque: composed aluminum panels ventilated facade with vertical backlit glazed modules interposed. Aluminum composite panels slab cladding rhythmically alternate up to the tower top. The nine-story opening facades are made up of unitized module curtain walls with composite panels cladding and glazed panes. The podium curtain wall is a fixed point glazed facade which allows light to get in and a complete free view.
